1. Eliminate discrimination in employment, prohibit human trafficking activities and respect free choice of employment.

2. There is prohibition of child labor in any stage of manufacturing. And HYOE will provide appropriate support and training to interns or student workers.

3. There is to be no harsh and inhumane treatment including any corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of workers in HYOE; Disciplinary policies and procedures in support of these requirements shall be clearly defined and communicated to workers.

4. HYOE tries to provide a safe and healthy work environment. And ongoing safety education is essential to identifying and solving health and safety issues in the workplace.
